I think the offender as to many rights while in jail and after they’re realeased.
I have three children who are a survivors of child sex offences, and another three younger children who are biological children of the offender. He thinks he has rights to be a part of his childrens lives!!
He has the audacity to gain free legal representation while in jail to remind me to send him copies of kids school reports..
I gained full custody after long battles in courts and he still continues to gain more!!
I will not adhere to any of the conditions of the order which state that he is entitled to copies of reports, allowed to write letters/cards on their birthdays (which they never receive as they go straight in the bin) and after being released can apply for supervised visitation!! The kids will be 15, 13, and 11 so hopefully a judge will listen to them when they say they don’t want to see him!!!
I guess I’ll just have to cop the consequences be it a fine or ehatever for NOT adhering to court order!!
I’ll become the criminal and he the victim!!
Absolutely no justice there!!!!!

I knew both Rebecca (whom i was good friends with through the earlier years)and Wayne along time ago and although neither were angels no one deserves the fate that came to either and to only receive a minimum penalty for their deaths is disrespectful for ourselves as individuals to call fair no one deserves to be killed no matter how bad they are perceived to be,there is no excuse for it and my heart goes out to Mark and Rhonda , to think if it were my children i could not survive. So how can we change what this stupid law says is “Right,Fair and Enough” punishment for taking another persons life no matter what walk of life they are from ,what difficulties they have faced , or what their past has consisted of why is it that people can not only take another persons life but now almost get away with it what is this world coming to and what are we setting as an example for our generations to come

Thank you for your views Paul you have to stick up for your mate that is what mates do.

But the facts clearly stated in the court were manslaughter, and that is murder.

Our jails are full of people like your mate with stories to tell (like yours) to any one that will give them a hearing…child molestors, drug dealers, and so on.

But the truth came out in the Supreme Court. Your mate was judge and jury in taking Waynes life, and karma took over.

Now I have to ask this. Why would you or any law abiding person be driving round with a loaded shotgun after midnight?

Think long and hard about it Paul.

But one thing I can promise you is that the comments will not be removed.

that is the most disgraceful comment that you just made about my very dear friend luke,no life should be celebrated in its ending and you should research a person before putting him down.Wayne was no innocent victim,he was a drug dealer and had previously assaulted luke and many others in the frankston area,wayne was the one who produced that knife and luke defended himself.The biggest mistake made was that he ran away and didnt hand himself in.I am very disapointed in your comments and would like you to remove them

Hi Shaye, I also have read your impact statement, I really feel for you and your family, as we are about to go to trial regarding the murder of my beautiful, so I know what you are going through, unfortunately we live in Canberra where the murders occurred, the monster murdered two of his friends, a heinous crime to say the least, he attacked them with a butchers meat clever and than burnt my beautiful daughter, the courts will be going under the old law, (prove premeditated) not intent, so I’m worried that the monster will get a light sentence, I will be screaming from the rooftops if the monster does receive a light sentence.

Noel thank god he got his whack..I hope he gets worse inside and I am sure he will….

Mongrel child killer Farqharson gets found guilty again.
We were asked by the defense to take this murdering mongrel off our page so the scumbag mongrel bastard would get a fair trial so we took the mongrel off and “pidgeon hole him” The trial is now
over, and the result was the same as before,and I don’t think it was ever in doubt in what the mongrel did to his three beautfull boys. Now once again the three ratbag judges got it wrong at millions of dollars to the taxpayers, if I did’nt no better you would think they were feeding their defense lawyer “law rats” mates
