This is our so called Judicial System wish I could say it was not always like this, but I can't.
I was in court last week for a pedophile case that was about to start. I listened to the judge address the defence and the Crown on how he wanted the trial to run. Now this is before the jury is picked, the only real good thing I can say about courts is thank God for the juries. In his summing up the judge said to the prosecutor, I don’t want you to use the word abominable when addressing the jury, that is a term that went out of courts in 70′s.
Well judge I have to say I cannot think of a better way of describing a pedophile, other than a disgusting vile creature. The trial was put off to another day, and when it is over, I will give you a rundown on this abominable pedophile.
Now when I am thinking it can’t get worse, I call in to an appeal of deviate scumbag Mark Bottriell at the court of Judge Margret Rikella who like scumbag Bottriell is well known to us here. The good judge is known for being a bleeding heart, as you would be if you’re a Hulls appointed judge.
Bottriell has had a charmed run in our justice system, and came to our attention when he murdered Debbie Smart by brutally bashing her and kicking her to death. He appeared before Judge Hampel (Hampel is no longer a judge—another thing to thank God about) who gave the scumbag 3 years.
Now 8 months after he was released Bottriell chased a new girlfriend with carving knifes threatening to slit her throat and only got 14 months. The Scumbag started a violent relationship with a 14 year old girl, in August the Department of Human Services took out an intervention order out to protect the girl after officials noticed she was constantly bruised. The court heard allegations that the scumbag punched the teen in the head every day, held a knife to her throat and threatened to set her on fire and watch her die—a real charmer our scumbag Bottriell. He is on the sex offenders register for a good reason as that’s why we have it. But the goose (I mean the judge but a “goose sounds more fitting”) with the stroke of her pen takes him off the register. Now you have to wonder where Hulls gets these half brain idiots from.

i think you should here the other side of the storey ive known mark for years now and this new bullshit with that 14 year old is easy just to say she is a lying little tramp
Some people think Hitler was okay, but I remember Debra Smart, and I also spoke with his mother, about the other girl before this, think about it, he has a un healthy thing for young girls.
I have said it before, I like what that one American city I visited with my Yank did to irresponsible judges when another scumbag pedophile was stupidly released way too early and hurt 5 more little ones. The parents of those small children got together and sued the 2 judges in question. End result was exactly what was needed. The compensation the court ordered the 2 judges to pay will keep them in the poor house for a long time. Surely to goodness just like the rest of us, if the judges do anything that will hurt innocent people, they too must be held responsible. It’s like a vicious cycle we are trapped in. The scumbags commit the vile crimes, the judges feel sorry for the guilty scumbags and we the innocent parties keep on getting ignored and hurt. Somewhere, somehow this legal insanity has to be turned around.
I know that mark has had major stuff ups in his past and I also know the the most recent girl was a lying little bitch she met mark and told him she was 18 and the way she dressed it was beliveable her mother also knew her and mark where together and allowed this knowing marks age…..so it should be the mother who should be put to shame….when mark found out her true age he broke it off with her and what do you know that’s when all her lies came out!!! So people need to realize that there is always 2 sides to every storey…….
Mark is without doubt the scum of the earth with a very serious problem about under age girls. Once out again will be on the prowl.
The real truth is that Noel is right, Mark is a violent re-offender, and should be locked up properly next time he offends and is found guilty.
The judges should also pay for their obviously improper resolutions.
What a shame in this day and age our legal system fails us so often.
Sometimes I wish I believed in god and the hell that goes with it. At least then I would be sure these disgusting, putrid, vile animals would suffer for what they have done.
And for the people defending Bottriell on this page, you are obviously related in some way to him, be it through family or friends, so your arguement falls on deaf ears here. Your pathetic attempts at justification of his actions make you just as responsible FOR his actions.
Take a look at yourself and realise that, by defending him, you are condemning the victims of not just his crimes, but others like him.
Saying you thought she was 18 is not an excuse, it is a cop out. Saying I thought the gun wasn’t loaded before I shot someone means I am still culpable, because I knew I could have checked the chamber…
and i understand where you are comming from yes i do no mark and also know the girl who he is in jail because of… i know for a fact she lied and even showed face id saying she was older her own mother had an 18th birthday party for her also. what mother would do this? as soon as we found out how old she was ( from her high school year book) mark broke up with her then all the lies came out mark had been honest with her from the start and told her about his past so of course the girl knew what to say to police to make it belivable now tell me this if she was telling the truth about it all why would she write to mark and say sorry about all the lies i said about you….???
